Implement Scheduler #3
Description
Need ability to schedule emails on a repeating or scheduled basis.
- Detect when event is upcoming and send email ahead auotmatically (3 Days before? and gameday)
- Arbitrary scheduling (Send at this date, this time for this event)
- Email individuals
