DO-MS not loading files

Describe the bug
Hello, Thank you so much for the amazing software. I have recently updated to DO-MS version 2.0.8 and I have encountered an issue with loading the data on windows computers. I add in the file pathway and when i click the load data button nothing happens. I don't see any form of errors pop up. the only thing i get is a note saying no traceback available.

Hi, I have got it working but not with the most recent version of R. I had to go back to an earlier version of R. So I have 'R' version 4.2.0 and Rstudio version 2023.03.0+386.pro1 . I seem to be able to run the latest version of DO-MS with that.

Hmmm, I reverted to that version but I'm still having an issue. Pandoc doesn't seem to be function in markdown so that could be contributing.

Same issue, at least on mac.

Update - issue appears restricted to the Shiny interface. Using the command line version works and generates a report.

Hi, just wondering if anyone has found a fix for this? My DO-MS stopped loading files after I updated the shiny version :-/ I have uninstalled both R and Rstudio, re-installed and still no files will load....
