do-ms_cmd.R fails on some plots #21

Hi, really nice project!
I have been testing out the diann command line version lately but some of the plots fail to work. If a plot calls the "Label" column from data, the plot fails (see example). do-ms_cmd.R seems to require the addition of something similar to lines 307-318 of server.R
