BalancedSplit not working

Issue with Obj.Split() when balancedSplit=True

Current work around is to set balancedSplit=False and run once. After run again with balancedSplit=True

[odavalos]

Something interesting is that it works if you feed in strings and not integers as the 'cluster' column.
