Missing support for typical B2B scenarios

We miss the explicit setting to define who pays for transport and who for duties. We cannot get P/P TPR on the label.

Please make obvious how to add:

1. Transport charges paid by account number UPS 1
2. Duties and Customs paid by account number UPS 2
