MacOS problems

• RavenView button not opening the web browser
• Docker processes not working even after adding a path variable (so BasinMaker and GridweightsGenerator not working). The image is pulled and the container is started/stopped/removed properly. Just the scripts that fail.
• Subprocess.Popen output are not printed in real time like on Linux and Windows

RavenView is now fixed and the docker processes work. BasinMaker still does not work.
