Specification and implementation of proof point ID generation do not match

The specification makes the assumption that the IPFS address of a document is a hash of the document but this is not always the case due to chunking. Either the spec needs to be amended or the implementation needs to be changed.

This is a good time to consider whether using IPFS is beneficial at all.
