Unable to save the submission

Dear dome-ml staff,

Thanks for developing and maintaining the DOME-ML website. I have been tried tens of times to submit my machine-learning model annotation to https://registry.dome-ml.org/review. However, each time I saved the page the page just stopped there and when I clicked #publication or other sections, what I have filled were gone. I am writing to seek help. I have tried the submission with Edge, Firefox and Chrome browsers but all failed. I'd really appreciate your help.

Dear Yiyan Yang,

Regarding your question about your annotation in the registry, to check your work please review your work in the "browse" section.
Ensure that you have turned off the public button.
You are welcome to modify your annotation as long as it remains private.
