Dependency Version Conflicts Between Repos #121
Description
The two repos (this and JABS-postprocess) are meant to work together but have incompatible dependencies:
mouse-tracking-runtime pins pandas==2.0.3, numpy>=1.26.0,<2.2.0
JABS-postprocess requires pandas>=2.2.3, numpy>=2.2.5
These cannot coexist in the same environment.
