As a user, when I create an app, I get a welcome email #54

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently the user is left waiting "please wait" until their app is deployed (github repo created etc), and no welcome email is sent.
Describe the solution you'd like
During app creation, send a welcome email which includes:
- Github repo url of their ap
- URL to their deployed app
- Instructions to continue
