OS/2 Warp 4+ support? #184

Someone asked for Windows NT support: https://github.com/JHRobotics/softgpu/issues/178
Related to that, I am asking for something similar to be made for OS/2 Warp 4 and above. I mainly ask because another graphics driver actually got its start on Windows 9x before getting ported to OS/2, the famous SciTech Display Doctor.
I am not expecting anything to be done here. I simply thought it was a little silly that someone asked for Windows NT support, and I thought it would be slightly less silly to ask for OS/2 support in comparison.
