Double entry for Canada in Ray Atherton

Joe,

Ray Atherton held a series of concurrent appointments during World War II, including as Envoy and then Ambassador to Canada. Right now, this means that Canada shows up twice in his "Also accredited" list:

Is there a good way to get around this? The appointments were different, so they have different entries, but the country is the same.
