[Feature Request] Toggle for disabling hover text in texture picker UI

Current: When using ManualVariations, the Name property shows up on the bottom of the UI, but the default name, UniqueID -> Variation # is used for the hover text, which doesn't feel as immersive.

Suggestion: Only show hover text while a key (e.g. Control ^) is being pressed.
