Cloning this repository fails on Windows

It's possible to get the following error when cloning this repository on Windows:

Filename too long error: unable to create file

By default, git on windows restricts path lengths to 260 characters (this used to be a restriction in Windows, but I don't think it is anymore). The above file path is 241 characters long, so if you clone the repo somewhere farther from the root of the drive, it's likely to fail.

It can be fixed by running the following git command as Administrator:

git config --system core.longpaths true

However, we should still consider renaming the above file.
