Need Student Enrollment Dates Property

student enrollment dates is a span of time in which a student can register in a course. A comment could be this is not the course start and end dates of the course itself.

I recommend extending Scheduled Offering with something like the following:

URI: ceterms:registrationStartDate
Label: Registration Start Date
Definition: Date on which registration, enrollment, reservation, or a similar notion for a given resource begins.
Comment: This may or may not coincide with the date on which the the resource itself begins or becomes available.
Domain: ceterms:ScheduledOffering
Range: xsd:date

URI: ceterms:registrationEndDate
Label: Registration End Date
Definition: Date on which registration, enrollment, reservation, or a similar notion for a given resource ends.
Comment: This may or may not coincide with the date on which the resource itself ends or ceases to be available.
Domain: ceterms:ScheduledOffering
Range: xsd:date

That will enable it to be used with anything that uses ScheduledOffering, and cover cases where there are multiple offerings, each with their own enrollment period.

I also notice that Scheduled Offering doesn't have startDate/endDate (or dateEffective/expirationDate, which may be more applicable(?)), so I'd recommend adding one set or the other to that class as well.

When we were designing ScheduledOffering it was more about schedules of offerings than specific instances of an offering, i.e. to enable organizations to say that they offer a course every year, hence the inclusion of offerFrequencyType rather than specific dates. But we know that we need to visit the assumption that we won't be dealing with individual offerings.
