Issues with Shooter name search results disappearing

There's an issue where the Shooter name search results sometimes disappears after hitting enter on the search bar, and reappears after deleting the search string and re-entering it. This problem appears more prevalent on my Android phone (using Chrome) than desktop (also Chrome).

This isn't an issue with the search box of the classifier tab.

I haven't found a consistent repro with the Android phone - but when it repros, when I first load the page, the search box won't return results for names that are in the system. Upon deleting the string and re-entering (sometimes this requires multiple iterations to work), results will pop up.

A similar type of problem that consistently repros on desktop with Chrome is as follows:

1. Type in "Sumner" in the Shooters search text box. Results should populate.
2. Click on page (2) of the results. Results will completely disappear
3. Type in "Brian" in the search box. Results will appear for "Brian".
4. Type in "Sumner" in the search text box and hit enter. No results show.
