No servers available

Hi there! It's an amazing web panel with exactly the functionality that I need. I've been using 3x UI and bunch of others, but yours is far better. After setting up two nodes, dns propagated, pointing to those machines, logs show no error. But after creating users their sub links say "no servers available"

Can you advise on where to look for solution? On another note, i it possible to get just the //hysteria link to try if the user can connect at all?

ok, the issue was that group had to be created, and users added to the group, then it works. but...

after adding two servers, and imported the sub in nekobox on andoid i get HOPPING and TLS connection for each server imported, but none of them work at all. i can get a connection to them buy 0kbs flat lined....

Hi @egzakutacno! Thanks for the kind words and the detailed bug report!

Issue 1 (No servers available): Yes, users must be assigned to a group, and nodes must also belong to the same group. This is by design for access control.

Issue 2 (NekoBox 0 kbps): This was actually a bug on our side. We've just pushed a fix in commit db26167. The issues were:

1. NekoBox wasn't detected as sing-box client — now fixed
2. Port hopping format was wrong for sing-box — was using hop_ports instead of server_ports with correct format
3. Auth API SSL validation — if your panel runs on HTTP or self-signed HTTPS, nodes couldn't authenticate users (now configurable in Settings → "Node Auth API")

To fix your setup:

1. Pull the latest code / restart container
2. Go to Settings → Security → ensure "Allow self-signed certificates" is checked (under Node Auth API)
3. Re-sync your nodes (click sync button on each node) — this regenerates the config with the fix
4. Try connecting again with NekoBox

If it still doesn't work, check the Hysteria logs on your node:

journalctl -u hysteria-server -f

Look for auth errors when connecting. Let me know if you need more help!
