Use sharing meta data when it's available

Instead of defaulting to document.title, I feel like we should try to use og:title. Or if the sharing tools support it, don't send the title and let them pull it in automagically.

If all the social networks can pull it in, then yeah, let's get rid of it.

Hmm.. yeah, will have to test them all, but we probably need to code it to use that value for email.
