Failed: installable wheels for some pyproject.toml project

Having some issues even getting the package downloaded. I know i have C++ essentials downloaded and up to data, I even enabled the cmake via the developer command prompt. Hoping maybe someone can help me understand whats happening

OS: Windows
Python: 3.12.8

I don't have much experience with windows based builds. May be try installing the package with windows subsystem for linux (WSL) ?
