Add new task: Start/stop an Azure Data Factory Trigger

Such an additional task among the other 3 available today would be a helpful alternative when someone would like to just stop or start triggers using DevOps pipeline automation.
Extra reason: the alternative solution (Azure Data Factory) developed by Jan seems to be no longer supported (no new version since June 2022 and no comments to issues), particularly this one:
