Does not work with Github copilot

The MCP does not work for me with GitHub Copilot in VS Code.
I followed all the necessary steps.
Copilot runs the commands but doesn’t return any output.

Chrome extension errors:

Service worker registration failed. Status code: 10
Error validating server identity: TypeError: Failed to fetch
Error updating server with URL: Failed to fetch
Failed to update server with URL after 3 attempts
Uncaught (in promise) Error: Could not establish connection. Receiving end does not exist.
