Does not work on signs attached to walls.

Describe the bug
I selected all of the different non-hanging signs to be shown. If the sign is placed on the ground so that it has its supporting post, then the mod renders the box around the sign without any problems. However, if the sign is placed against a wall so that it does not have the supporting sign post, then the mod will not render a box around the sign. I have checked that the mod says that it is "already scanning for all states".

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Enable the highlighting of any sign.
2. Place sign against wall so that it is not free-standing.
3. box will not be highlighted around the sign.

Expected behavior
The sign will highlight regardless of it is on a wall or free-standing.

would be amazing if you could specify signs containing specific text too, there was an old mod that did sign finding like that, but it's been outdated for long, if this could scan for text in sign too this would be awesome
