FTP browser fails in case of file names with accented or UTF-8 characters

I can connect my local FTP repository and I can browse the top level which, in my case, is the name of the main folder as set my router's FTP server.
When I select this top folder, a popup is shown and ACode tries to get the folder content but, when it is done, the browser still shows the top folder and not entering it at all.
This top folder contains files with accented UTF-8 names and I guess this is the cause.

Environment

ACode version: 1.11.8
Android: LineageOS 22 (Android 14)

@promindsd Hey, there. Do you have any steps to reproduce the issue for us?

1. open the file browser
2. Tap "+" icon and add a new FTP connection (passive or active mode, does not change the outcome) and enter credentials and host about a FTP server containing accented or non-ASCII characters (in my specific case, the FTP server contains files with UTF-8 Chinese characters names)
3. Tap the newly created FTP connection from the list
4. the browser correctly accesses the server and show (in my case) the top most folder which, in my case, has a name made of standard ASCII characters (< 128)
5. tap the top most folder
6. the file browser shows a popup saying it is accessing the folder
7. when the popup is dismissed, nothing happens and the browser still shows the top most folder

I tried with different FTP servers and it perfectly worked in all cases saved this specific server having files with UTF-8 Chinese names.

Thanks for the Steps, and most importantly informing about the characters of them. I'll test them whenever I can or I will ask the team to test it. And respond back about it.
