Offline Test Execution: Import test results fails

I'm trying to import excel file with test results via Offline Test Execution - Import

All validation check marks are green after file has been verified
Press "Import"

As the result I get
"Failed
TFS.WebApi.Exception: Test run with id xxxxxx has already been updated"

where xxxxxx is the id of just generated by import test run

If I check this test run, result are imported correctly, but status is "In Progress" still instead of Completed and execution time is incorrect, it seems that it takes start time as 00:00 of today's.
