Doesn't recognize ÆØÅ when importing test cases from offline test execution

I have created a number of test cases and used the offline test execution to export these to excel. The tester records his result, and in this case uses the Danish letters ÆØ and Å in the comment field, but when I import from excel again these characters are no longer shown, only an icon with a ? for each letter.
